How we do it

At PROGRESSIVE CASTINGS LTD we use four methods to manufacture castings. These methods are commonly known as:

Green sand moulding.
Hard sand moulding.
Shell moulding.

Through these processes we are able to manufacture the largest to the smallest casting.

All melting of high temperature alloy metals is done with our electrical induction furnaces.
The aluminium is melted with our electrical resistant bail out furnaces.
We are able to offer full ultra sounds and non-destructive testing arrangements if required.
We also offer off site contractual machining, finishing and assembling.
